Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Some Americans are Singaporeans – From the Venn diagram and given statements, no Singaporeans are Americans. Therefore, this conclusion is false.
Conclusion (II): All Singaporeans are Delhites – From the given Venn diagram and given statements some Singaporeans are Delhites is true but all Singaporeans are Delhites is a false conclusion.

So, neither conclusion I nor II follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
