Solution : The possible Venn diagram, according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I):
Some doctors are medicines – From the diagram, it is evident that the circles representing doctors and medicines overlap and have a part of their area in common. So, it can be concluded that some doctors are medicines.
Conclusion (II): Some bottles are capsules – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that there is no direct relation between bottles and capsules. Thus, no definite relation can be drawn. So, this conclusion is false.

So, the only conclusion I is true . Hence, the first option is correct.
