Solution : The possible Venn diagram, according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All tables are green – From the Venn diagram, we can see that the circle representing the table is not completely inside the circle that represents green. So, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion (II): Some green is lawn – From the Venn diagram, we can see that the circle representing green is completely inside the circle representing lawn which implies that all green is the lawn. Therefore, some green lawns are also true. So, this conclusion follows.

So, the only conclusion II follows. Hence, the second option is correct.
