Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the statements given in the question –

Let's check each conclusion –
Conclusions I: Some walls are dances – According to the Venn diagram, there is no definite relation between walls and dances. Therefore, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion II: Some groups are art – According to the Venn diagram, the circle of groups and art intersect and have some common area between them. Therefore, this conclusion follows.

So, the only conclusion II follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
