Conclusions:

Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Some yellows are brown – According to the Venn diagram, there is no definite relation between yellow and brown. Therefore, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion (II): All yellows are cars – According to the Venn diagram, it is evident that some part of the circle representing yellow lies outside the circle representing cars. So, it can be concluded that some yellows are cars, but not all. Therefore, this conclusion does not follow.

So, neither conclusion I nor II follows. Hence, the first option is correct.
