Correct Answer: 14 – 193

Solution : Let's check the options –
First option: 14 – 193; 14 2 – 5 = 191 ≠ 193
Second option: 15 – 220; 15 2 – 5 = 220
Third option: 16 – 251; 16 2 – 5 = 251
Fourth option: 17 – 284; 17 2 – 5 = 284

So, the first option is different from the other three options as the difference is 191 instead of 193. Hence, the first option is correct.
