Correct Answer: 64

Solution : In a column of the given table, add the square root of the first number and the cube root of the second number to obtain the third number.

In the first column→$\sqrt121$ + $\sqrt[3]{27}$ = 11 + 3 = 14
In the third column→$\sqrt144$ + $\sqrt[3]{8}$ = 12 + 2 = 14
Similarly, in the second column→
⇒ $\sqrt64$ + $\sqrt[3]{x}$ = 12
⇒ 8 + $\sqrt[3]{x}$ = 12
⇒ $\sqrt[3]{x}$ = 12 – 8
⇒ $\sqrt[3]{x}$ = 4
⇒ $x$ = 4 3 = 64

So, 64 is the missing number in the given figure. Hence, the first option is correct.
