Correct Answer: 14

Solution : Add the cube root of the first column with the square root of the second column, to get the missing number in the third column –

In row one –
$\sqrt[3]{125}$ + $\sqrt[2]{25}$ = 5 + 5 = 10
In row two –
$\sqrt[3]{216}$ + $\sqrt[2]{49}$ = 6 + 7 = 13
Similarly, follow the same pattern for row three –
$\sqrt[3]{27}$ + $\sqrt[2]{121}$  = 3 + 11 = 14

Therefore, the required missing number in the matrix is 14. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
