Correct Answer: 23

Solution : Given:
(5, 2, 9) (13, 5, 38) (14, 3, ?)

The sum of the first number and the square of the second number is equal to the third number –
Like in, (5, 2, 9)→5 + 2 2 = 5 + 4 = 9
And in, (13, 5, 38)→13 + 5 2 = 13 + 25 = 38
Similarly, by following the same pattern for (14, 3, ?)→14 + 3 2 = 14 + 9 = 23

So, the required missing number is 23. Hence, the first option is correct.
