Correct Answer: X and Z

Solution : From the given data:
Average production of company X = $\frac{30+45+25+50+40}{5}$ = $\frac{190}{5}$ = 38 (in lakh tonnes)
Average production of company Y = $\frac{25+35+35+40+50}{5}$ = $\frac{185}{5}$ = 37 (in lakh tonnes)
Average production of company Z = $\frac{35+40+45+35+35}{5}$ =$\frac{190}{5}$ = 38 (in lakh tonnes)
Clearly, production of company X and Z is maximum.
Hence, the correct answer is X and Z.
