Solution : As per the given graph:
The total number of road accidents in the year 2009 = 30 + 40 = 70 thousand.
The total number of road accidents in the year 2011 = 60 + 20 = 80 thousand.
The total number of road accidents in the year 2013 = 10 + 20 = 30 thousand.
The total number of road accidents in the year 2009, 2011, and 2013 combined = 70 + 80 + 30 = 180 thousand = 1,80,000
Hence, the correct answer is 1,80,000.
