Correct Answer: $8\frac{1}{3}$

Solution : Based on the given graph in question,
Production of fertilizers in 1995 = 70
Production of fertilizers in 1996 = 80
Production of fertilizers in 1997 = 90
Production of fertilizers in 1998 = 80
Production of fertilizers in 1999 = 60
Production of fertilizers in 2000 = 75
Sum of production of fertilizers in the first three years = 70 + 80 + 90 = 240 lakh tonnes
Sum of production of fertilizers in the last three years = 80 + 60 + 75 = 215 lakh tonnes
Average production of fertilizers in the first three years = $\frac{240}{3}$ lakh tonnes
Average production of fertilizers in the last three years = $\frac{215}{3}$ lakh tonnes
The difference in the average production of fertilizers in the first three and last three years
= $\frac{240}{3}-\frac{215}{3} = \frac{25}{3} = 8\frac{1}{3}$ lakh tonnes
Hence, the correct answer is $8\frac{1}{3}$.
