Solution : Given:
(I) The price of J is less than U, M, and N.
M, N, U > J
(II) The Price of B is the lowest. No two cars have the same price. The price of U is less than M.
N, M > U > J > B
(II) The Price of neither U nor M is the highest.
N > M > U > J > B

So, the price of two cars is less than the price of U. Hence, the third option is correct.
