Solution : The total number of bats manufactured by company T is 550000. Given that 45% of these are plastic bats. So the number of wooden bats is 55% of the total. The total number of wooden bats = 550000 × $\frac{55}{100}$ = 302500 The ratio of Brand A to Brand B wooden bats for company T is 6 : 19. $\therefore$ The total number of Brand A wooden bats = 302500 × $\frac{6}{6+19}$ = 302500 × $\frac{6}{25}$ = 72600 Hence, the correct answer is 72600.
