Solution : Given:
The weight of P is twice that of Q, i.e., P = 2Q
The weight of Q is half that of R, i.e., R = 2Q
The weight of R is 3 times T, i.e., R = 3T
The weight of T is half that of S, i.e., S = 2T

By concluding all the given information, we have –
P = R > S > Q > T

Therefore, the weight of Q is more than only one person, i.e., T. Hence, the first option is correct.
