If 30 taxies quit company B and join company D then D will have how many more taxis than C?

Correct Answer: 70


Solution : Initially, company D has the number of taxis = 75
After 30 more taxies joined, the number of taxies = 75 + 30 = 105
Company C has the number of taxis = 35
The number of taxis D has more than C = 105 – 35 = 70
Hence, the correct answer is 70.
