Conclusions:

Solution : According to the given statements, the following Venn diagram can be drawn –

Let's check each conclusion –
Conclusion I: Some houses are factories – As per the above Venn diagram, it is clear that there is no direct relation between houses and factories. So, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion II: Some machines are houses – As per the above Venn diagram, it is clear that there is no direct relation between machines and houses. So, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion III: Some factories are machines – As per the above Venn diagram, it is clear that some parts of the circle of factories lie outside the machines and some part lies inside the machines. So, this conclusion follows.

So, only conclusion III follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
