Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): No vehicle is a tractor – From the given Venn diagram, no tractor is a vehicle. Therefore, no vehicle is a tractor is also a true conclusion.
Conclusion (II): No tractor is a park – From the given Venn diagram, no park is a road and the tractor is a part of the road. Therefore, this conclusion is correct.
Conclusion (III): Some roads are tractors – From the given Venn diagram, the circle of the tractor is completely inside the circle of the road. Therefore, this conclusion is correct.

So, all of the conclusions follow. Hence, the first option is correct.
