Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): No table is a bin – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that there is no direct relation between tables and bins. So, no definite relation can be drawn. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion (II): Some pins are tables – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that there is no direct relation between tables and pins. So, no definite relation can be drawn. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.
