Correct Answer: Both conclusions I and II follow

Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All cats are lions – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circle representing cats is completely overlapped by the circle representing lions. So, from this, it can be concluded that all cats are lions. Thus, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion (II): Some dogs are lions – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circles representing dogs and lions overlap and have a part of their area in common. So, from this, it can be concluded that some dogs are lions. Thus, this conclusion follows.

So, both conclusions I and II follow. Hence, the second option is correct.
