Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Some trees are short – From the Venn diagram, we can see that the two circles representing tree and shorts overlap and have a part of their area in common. So, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion (II): Some trees are words – From the Venn diagram, we can see that there is no definite relation between trees and words. So, this conclusion does not follow.

So, the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
