Solution : The possible Venn diagram for the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All bags are books - From the above diagram, it is clear that all bags can never be books as there is no relation given between bags and books. Some diaries which are bags are also books. Therefore, some bags are books is true but all bags are books is not correct. Thus, this conclusion doesn't follow.
Conclusion (II): Some books are bags - From the above diagram it is clear that some bags are diaries and all diaries are books. So, bags which are diaries are also bags. Therefore, some books are bags is true.

So, the only conclusion II follows. Hence, the first option is correct.
