Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): No athlete is a cook – According to the Venn diagram, all athletes are boxers and no boxers are cooks. Therefore, no athlete is a cook is a true conclusion.
Conclusion (II): No boxer is an athlete – According to the Venn diagram, all athletes are boxers. Therefore, no boxer is an athlete is a false conclusion.

So, the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
