Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Some tables are chairs – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing tables lie inside the circle representing chairs while some lie outside. Thus, it can be concluded that some tables are chairs.
Conclusion (II): All tables are desks – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing tables lie inside the circle representing desks while some lie outside. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.

So, the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the first option is correct.
