Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All girls are intelligent – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circle representing girls is completely overlapped by the circle representing intelligent. Thus, it can be concluded that a ll girls are intelligent.
Conclusion (II): Some girls are not intelligent – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circle representing girls is completely overlapped by the circle representing intelligent. Thus, this conclusion doesn't follow.

So, the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
