Solution : The possible Venn diagram, according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Some doctors are cardiologists – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing doctors lie inside the circle representing cardiologists while some lie outside. Thus, it can be concluded that some doctors are cardiologists.
Conclusion (II): Some doctors are neurologists – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circles representing doctors and neurologists intersect and have some parts of their area in common. Thus, it can be concluded that some doctors are neurologists.

So, both conclusions I and II follow. Hence, the first option is correct.
