Solution : Given: 11 ÷ 4 + 8 × 2 – 1 = ?
After interchanging + with – and × with ÷, the equation becomes – = 11 × 4 – 8 ÷ 2 + 1 = 11 × 4 – 4 + 1 = 44 – 4 + 1 = 45 – 4 = 41
