Discrepancy in your name in the cast certificate (as it read as Sushri Saurabh Kumar). Kindly submit a document with the real name (as mentioned in the other certificates) how i can resolve it....please reply admin🙏🙏

This is very sad that you have received it.
The sentence that you have mentioned usually given when there is a mismatch in your name on your documents and your caste certificate.
So you have to rectify your name in caste certificate by providing valid and required documents in Tehsil or SDM office (nearby your location). This is the only way to overcome this issue.
