discuss Gandhian approach to study Indian politics in 500 words
Hello,
Gandhi approach had been with ideas of non violent resistance. This non – violent resistance can also be known as civil resistance. It has two concepts namely truth and non violence. The Gandhi means here Mohan Das karam Chand Gandhi. Who was great leader in our country.
He only follow the non violence things. He said if anyone slap at your one chick then you don't get back to hurt them you can give them another chick. This is his main moto in Gandhi approach. He was started Satyagraha Andolon. He can be identified with theoriginal "basic needs" strategy for international development (Emmerij, 1981). His approach is to provide greater equity, or "distributive justice," by promoting technology that is appropriate to "basic needs" (food, clothing, shelter, health and basic needs). He also doing so many sacrifices and fight for our country. He was doing non violence fight for British. And after freedom in our country you started the leadership in our country. He was a great leader. And Indian politics always remember him.
All the best.
Hello Dear,
The main elements of Gandhian approach are truth and non - violence. Explanation: Gandhism is defined as the ideas which describe the vision, inspiration and the life of Mohandas Gandhi.
Gandhian political theory has been broadly debated from two important perspectives. One argument places Gandhian political theory as a relative or a reconciled pattern of both western and eastern traditions. The other argument suggests that Gandhi is an original thinker, in the sense that he is a unique innovator of political concepts, inherently based on Indian traditions. In this way, it can be argued that Gandhi developed a distinctive as well as an alternative version of political theory compared to western notion of political theory. However, he himself did not believe in any such absolute predictions or prescriptive norms of truth. He believed in no permanent truth (except God) and discarded his own ideas by saying that they are as old as the Himalayas. He also nullified the fact that there is nothing specific about Gandhism. I shall argue in the same line. My concern is to emphasize an alternative vision of political theory that Gandhi had dealt with; it is to stress the essential character of Gandhian thread running through the traditional thought developed in India.
Good Luck
