Dear Student,

Traditional grammar is a grammar for the description of the structure of a language. It is a framework that defines the structure of the language. Parts of speech are an important element of traditional grammars. Parts of Speech include noun, pronoun, adjective, verb, adverb, preposition, conjunction and interjection.

Whereas teaching grammar in context is a method and approach for teaching grammar. 'In context' basically means that the teaching of grammar is inserted and merged into other phases of the curriculum, such as creative writing and analytical reading, rather than a standalone activity.

Happy Learning!
