Distance course for biomedical engineering list of colleges in odisha

Hi,
Engineering courses in distance mode are not allowed in India. They are considered as invalid. Earlier some distance learning institute used to provide engineering courses but now they do not.
The colleges which provides biomedical engineering course in regular mode are -
National Institute of Technology Rourkela
Mahavir Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar
