Hi Dear,

Electric line of force has static charge and in Electric Line of force electrons move from positive to negative. Also Electric line of force is never in a close loop. Whereas magnetic line of force  has moving charge and its electrons move from negative to positive. Also magnetic line of force  is always in a close loop.
