2nd - Join only ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT course ( There is no room for other courses )

1st - Opportunity - 100+ firm visit college for placement. Offer one of best offers in Construction sector ranging 5Lakh- 15 Lakh including GULF countries.

2nd - Profile - One of best profile ranging from site execution, marketing, contracts,planning,design

3rd - knowledge - Top teaching staff and best subjects to learn. Management subjects are given equal importance.

Now to crack a interview and get the best package totally depends upon your hard work, knowledge, luck and RESUME. Every company have different selection criteria ranging from experience, Group discussion, Interviews, Written test.

Financial Aspect - Money can be recovered anytime but to get on path is important. Construction sector market is low and not performing well, for this you can’t blame the college.
Every Private college for Pg charges 10–15 Lakh not just NICMAR. I have meet many seniors and alumina. They recovered their college expenses in less time and now doing very well from those who ignored it.

My personnel view is Gain 1–2 year experience. Then Join NICMAR and give your best shot. Its not like IIM but surely the IIM of Construction sector.
