Yes eamcet counselling do provide colleges for btech in biotechnology.you just need to have a good eamcet rank and you can get any college under eamcet which provides biotechnology course.

The courses included for bipc under eamcet are

Veterinary, agriculture, horticulture, food technology, fishery, bpharmacy, pharmacy d and biotech.

For bipc there will be separate counselling for these courses and as of now the counselling has not been released.
