Btech CSE is a more standard course if you want to learn in depth about Software Engineering, Hardware, Technical Architecture, Programming and other related Computer Domains. Incase you decide to pursue a BCA, you must definitely pursue a MCA, for better in depth knowledge as well as strong career scope and prospects in the IT/Software/Services Sector. After MCA+BCA , an IT Recruiter might still view your application at par with BTech CSE Candidates in competition, but definitely not after BCA, as its a too preliminary course in Computer Applications as far as the complex IT Industry is concerned, with somewhat job prospects with lesser compensation.
