Yes, 12th marks difinitely matters a lot in various jobs. You should have minimum 70% Mark's in 12th to get a job in a good organization. Companies always prefer candidates with higher 10th and 12th marks over other candidates. It is also very important to get good Mark's in 12th if you out for further studies.
