The cut-off of NEET UG change every year. Not just NEET UG, but this occurs for every examination. Cut-off is a variable parameter and it depends on the seat matrix, category to which you belong, the number of candidates who appeared in examination, the difficulty of examination etc. All these factors vary from one year to other, hence the cut-offs too. What predictors do is, they study previous year data and their trends to predict the rank or college, and thus may have variations from the actual one.

1. Difficulty of the paper
2. Market value of the course
3. Number of students give exam etc
But if you compare it does not varies that much. If you want to take admission in a college, you can previous years cut off with your rank. And you can come a conclusion. Because it varies a little.
