Hey,

Different colleges have different criteria at the time of admission. Most of them used to get bonds signed by the candidates which states that they will have to serve for a fixed tenure after completion of their MBBS course. As per your question, No you will not have to pay 5 years fees if you leave college in the 1 st year but you will have to pay the penalty mentioned in the bond agreement to college before leaving.
