Yeah you can give the JEE for agriculture engineering that will be faar better if you get selected in that such that you can able to do your UG of agriculture from these elite institutes. Otherwise if you  don't want to give the JEE then there is also an alternate option in that you can also give the PAT i.e Pre Agriculture Test that is also better.

It is not mandetory to write JEE mains for  agricultural engineering ..if u want to be study in the nit or iiit u should write the jee mains for the purpose to get agricultural engineering
