Do I face any problem with admission in University for P.G. if i had any backlog but i have cleared it before my completion of engineering?

No such problem, when you clear any subjects you dont need to worry about it anymore.
Only if you have any year gap only then it can be asked in interview process.
You need to be well prepared with competitive exams and score well to stay ahead of the curve.
Your resume needs good Academics, Extracurricular activities, Volunteer experience which all comes in handy if you score mediocre in competitive exams and helps you get through.
