Hello Nfs Monu

Migration certificate has nothing to do with completing your coarse. Once the certificate is submitted to the college, it becomes the part of their document and so cannot be returned. You get a new one. You need to mention the reason of discontinuing and submit it. The board or council will provide you a new one after around 2 weeks.

Agr mai kisi clg ami admission le leta hu ayr clg wale mera 12th ka migration jama kr lete h aur ek saal baad kisi wajah se mujhe clg chhodna pade to kya mai kisi dusre clg mai admission le skta hu kuikiere paas ab 12th ka migration certificate nhi h to ab mai kya kru kaise lisi dusre clg mai admission lu us clg wale to mera 12th ka migration waps nhi denge
