Mere writing NCHMCT JEE does not ensure you a free seat in any IHM's. It is an exam, which after clearing, you could get your ranks and colleges according to your ranks. Getting a fee concession or scholarships depends on your rank and which institute you choose. There are certain criteria for concession and it varies for various institutes.
