Unfortunately on such NEET score you cannot even qualify for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2020 were as follows :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-147 marks
-->>> General-PH - 45th percentile - 146-129 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 146-113 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PH - 40th percentile - 128-113 marks
So even if the cut-off goes down, it would not be going this much down so for OBC category you should at least have 115+ marks in NEET then only you can think of admission in any college.
Because without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.
