Hello,

Yes, if you are an eligible candidate you can get seat in TS ICET second phase counselling. Candidates who aren't allotted seat in first phase counselling, who didn't register for first phase counselling and who are willing to get seat in better choice of institute and branch can participate in second phase counselling. The seat allotment depends on category of the candidate, rank of the candidate, seat availability, preferences of college and branch. The registration for final phase will start from November 21, 2021. If you have already registered in first phase counselling you do not have to register once again you can exercise web options directly. If you haven't registered then you need to register and select the slot for document verification and get your documents verified.
