We cannot provide an exact answer on this concern as securing MBBS seat in government medical college with 521 marks in NEET is both possible and not too.
As this is based upon certain factors like total candidates appearing for exam in state.
Because in states like Delhi 600+ is also not an good mark to get an seat in government colleges due to high competition.
On the other hand some states invite students with 500-510 marks in NEET due to lesser competition.
So this is totally based in these factors.
