According to the cutoff list released in 2018, marks of around 561 and rank in the range 8700 secured a seat in Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh under the state quota list for unreserved category. While marks of around 653 and rank in the range 278 secured a seat under all India quota.

As you have lower marks than both of these quotas, you won't be able to secure a seat in this medical college.
