As you mentioned with 414 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible because cutoffs have gone too high this year
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

Since you have the reservation you would surely get a seat in MBBS in a government college .If not in MBBS then you would surely get a seat in BDS .
