For admission im GME, the eligibility criteria is required to have a Bachelors degree in any specialization(engineering/B.tech) with 50% marks and further the admission process depends in the institutions.
Some conduct online or offline Entrance test whereas some offers direct admission.

GME ie Graduate in Marine Engineering is a course for which Eligibility is
You should be a B E or B tech degree holder also you must have scored minimum 50% in your Graduation., you should have scored minimum 50% in English in STD x or xii.
Your health should be good you should not be more than 28 years.
Yes entrance test is there for GME conducted online . The online exam shall be of two hrs in the form of MCQs. Quantitative Aptitude Test, professional knowledge test, English language test, Reasoning ability test . The candidate must pass in each test
