Do I have to be good in maths if I want to become a programmer?
Hello
Mathematics is not the primary requirement for Java programming. But you need skills like logic and problem solving. So maths is not required in day to day java programming. If you touch any advance topics like AI,Machine learning or advance logarithm then you must have good hold of maths.Similar is the answer for Python or PHP,If you have just started learning programming language then I would suggest you to stop worring about maths at this point, you will know what to learn (in maths) once you start building something.Even if you want to get into data analytics ,it would be better to start taking the course and then finding out what you don't know, then learn those specific topics in maths (calculus ,stats).
Hope your query is answered.
