You can carry your same photograph or recent photographs both will work.

These are the guidelines for exam day

Candidates must carry their COMEDK UGET 2021 admit card, 2 recent passport size photographs and valid ID proof to the exam centre.

Candidates should also mention their name and TAT number on the back of the photographs.
